Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor living spaces, including the private pool, spa, screened lanai, outdoor kitchen, and backyard.
Entry is provided through a smart lock.
A digital guestbook will be provided 1–7 days before arrival. Check-in instructions will appear on the day of arrival after all required items have been received:

· Completed rental agreement
· Photo ID submission
Some closets or garage areas may remain locked for owner use.
This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book.

Any stay longer than 21 days will require a mid-stay cleaning. This cleaning must be scheduled by the guest and will be subject to an additional charge.
